Qualification rules before any credit is issued.

Eligibility and qualification

  • Existing family submits the referral before the new family first visits the centre.
  • Referral is submitted through the website Family & Friends form.
  • Submitted details include parent name, child name, and date of birth.
  • New child is enrolled for a minimum of 2 days per week until the qualifying date.
  • New child completes 3 months, equal to 90 days.
  • Offer ceases if the new child withdraws before completing 3 months.
  • New family attends the same participating Village centre as the referrer.
